The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and offered a great view.

Only issue I had was a broken ceiling fan.

Very comfortable rooms with lots of space. Free breakfast is always a Plus. Great Friendly Staff! Hotel is convenient to several freeways so it's easy to get where you're going around that part of Florida.

Self Park is pretty inconvenient and really isn't available. You have to use someone else's lot, so you're kind of stuck with the overpriced valet service, $23.95. Although, the Valet's were great and we never had to wait long for our car. Charging for WiFi in this day and age, just doesn't seem right.

Early check-in, parking on site. Nicely furnished, modern rooms with a microwave, a refrigerator and coffee/tea makers. Fantastic location short walk to other local bars, the fountain and a lake which was good to stroll round in the evenings.

I tried for over two months to cancel this reservation. Each time I got a nice response stating they were looking into it but they never got back to me.

The room was listed as a two bedroom suite. This was a one bedroom with a sitting room. When we asked the front desk about a two bedroom suite they said it doesn't exist in their hotel. Also, there was a lot of construction making it difficult to get to the hotel.

The location to Lake Eola is great, since we attend the Buddy Walk for DS each year.

The price was much higher than last year for the quality.

I liked the breakfast every morning.

Room smelled musty, tv did not work, room service forgot part of the order, not enough towels, toilet backed up in the morning, staff took 30 mins to bring plunger, and worst of all, I booked this hotel for the in room Wi-Fi and had to work in the lobby because the signal wasn't strong enough in room.

The bed was super comfy! For Florida, air conditioning is a must and it worked very well. Room was large, had separate spaces for sleeping and business needs (such as a table with chairs, television, etc.). Bathroom was sizeable (didn't spend much time there, but it was nice). The hotel bar has free well drinks from 5:30-7:30, so that was very nice. Bartenders were great, except when they were getting ready to close there were receipts and cash lying everywhere - not sure how he balanced at the end of the night. Double-check your bill - he overcharged several people by more than 40 bucks (on accident, they were busy and he was the only bartender, so he deserves a break).

I cannot believe they wanted to charge 12.00 per day for access to WiFi in the room! I paid 220 for the room, I wasn't about to pay another dime to get an accommodation that should have been included in that high cost! They have a "business center" but it is hard to do personal/business, sensitive-nature work when other people are wandering around.

The hotel was beautiful and we loved the complimentary happy hour. We also loved that the shuttle took us anywhere in a 3 mile radius :)

There was nothing We didn't like!

The staff were really nice during breakfast, with Misty whipping up delicious omelets and Lynn ensuring we felt right at home. The close proximity to Eola Lake made our evening strolls lovely.

In my kids' opinion, a pool with more family-friendly features would be great.

We were welcomed by all staff including the Parking Staff outside as if we were staying a week instead of the one night we did stay!! The breakfast was a full (Included) breakfast with even an omelet station! The room was large with a "living room" type room. Free wifi
